Returns & Refunds
Our Faith Connection apparel are printed to order which means we made this item just for you! Although we take great pride in serving you as our customer, with all things considered WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. We want you to be 100% happy with your Faith Connection purchase so WE WILL OFFER EXCHANGES in sizes available if needed within 10 days of your purchase. If your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must request an exchange within 10 days from the date your order is received.
Any apparel that does not have the original packaging or has been washed, cannot be returned/exchanged. You must also show proof of purchase. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to support@faithconnectionllc.com to let us know which size you would like to exchange for. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees.
After 10 days unfortunately we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns/exchanges and we do not accept order cancellations.
